5. Pricing and Market Fluctuations

  • Prices of TF2 keys and cryptocurrencies are subject to market fluctuations.
  • The final price of an order is determined at the moment of payment confirmation.

6. Payment Processing & Transactions

  • We use SwapSpace.co as our crypto payment processor.
  • Users must complete the payment within the specified time frame.
  • SwapSpace.co may demand additional verification (KYC/AML) for high-risk transactions.
  • Users must adhere to SwapSpace.co’s Terms of Service.

7. No Refund Policy

Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. Once a payment has been made and confirmed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks, scams, impersonation, phishing.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized tools.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.

9. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate transaction details and ensure their payment information is correct before submitting a transaction.

10. Service Availability & Downtime

We strive to maintain platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
