How do I buy keys?
Here are the detailed instructions: 1. Sign in with Steam 2. Set your tradelink 3. Go to the exchange page, select the crypto you have, enter the amount, and click 'Exchange' 4. Follow instructions on screen to complete the exchange 5. After the exchange is completed, you will receive KEYS site balance 6. Go to the transfer page and withdraw the keys to your Steam account
How do I sell keys?
Here are the detailed instructions: 1. Sign in with Steam 2. Set your tradelink 3. Go to the transfer page, enter the amount of keys you want to sell, and click 'Transfer' 4. Accept the trade offer sent to you by the bot 5. After the trade is completed, you will receive KEYS site balance 6. Go to the exchange page, enter the amount of keys, enter your address (and memo if needed), and click 'Exchange' 7. Wait for the exchange to be completed
Can you do a restock?
Currently, we don't do manual restocks. You will need to wait until someone sells the bot some keys.
What are the exchange (buying/selling) limits?
Minimum exchange limits vary depending on the crypto you are exchanging, but they are very low, under ~1 key most of the time. The maximum limit is ~3000 keys per exchange.
What are the transfer (depositing/withdrawing) limits?
Minimum is 1 key, and the maximum is currently unlimited.
How long do exchanges take?
Most exchanges are completed within 30 minutes, but in rare cases, it can take up to a few hours. If your exchange is taking longer than that, please contact us on Discord. You can join our server here
I can't accept a withdraw trade offer
Make sure your Steam account has enough TF2 inventory space for the keys you are trying to withdraw. Free TF2 accounts only have 50 slots, upgrading to premium gives you 300 slots, and using a Backpack Expander gives you +100 slots each.
